Kusho AI Secures $600K in Pre-Seed Funding Led by Antler and participation of Blume Founders Fund, UpSparks Capital, and notable angels
Kusho AI, a startup dedicated to enhancing software reliability through AI agents, has successfully raised $600K in pre-seed funding, spearheaded by Antler India. The funding round also witnessed participation from Blume Founders Fund, UpSparks Capital, and notable angels such as Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal (co-founders of Ultrahuman) and Ashok Hariharan (CEO of IDfy), among others.
Established in 2023 by Abhishek Saikia and Sourabh Gawande, Kusho AI leverages proprietary models combined with foundational Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop AI agents capable of identifying bugs in code with higher accuracy and in a fraction of the time compared to human efforts. These AI agents, powered by LLMs, facilitate code testing throughout the development process and with each new software release.
“We empower software developers to concentrate on crafting and delivering exceptional software without the burden of overlooking bugs, ultimately saving time, enhancing the overall quality of the codebase, and ensuring stable and error-free releases. By automating labour-intensive and time-consuming tasks, developers can significantly reduce time-to-market and project costs, positioning Kusho as an indispensable asset for tech teams,” remarked Saikia, co-founder and CEO of Kusho.
Antler, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments, has a track record of backing over 1,000 companies worldwide. Nitin Sharma and Rajiv Srivatsa are Partners at Antler in India and co-founders of the Antler India Fund.
